Delete Your GameOn! Account

Delete In The App

The fastest way to delete your account is from GameOn! while signed in:

1. Open GameOn!.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account and privacy.
4. Choose Delete account and confirm.

On the web app, open your profile and choose Delete my account.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access your account, email info@gameon.ink from the email address connected to your GameOn! account. Use the subject "Delete my GameOn account" and include your display name if you know it.

If you need a direct mail link, use this deletion request email.

What Is Deleted

The current in-app deletion flow deletes your GameOn! Auth account, removes media stored under your user media paths, removes games you organized so other players are not left with ownerless events, and relies on database relationships to remove profile-linked records such as participation, notification preferences, push devices, and reliability events.

What May Be Retained Temporarily

Some records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, delivery logs, moderation/safety records, legal records, or records needed to prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Backup copies are removed as backup retention expires.

Timing

In-app deletion is intended to process immediately. Email deletion requests are processed after account ownership is verified, generally within 30 days unless additional verification or legal/safety review is required.
