Using GameOn!

GameOn! is for discovering, organizing, joining, and communicating about pickup games. By using GameOn!, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and only for real games or genuine game-related communication.

Accounts

• Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• Do not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or evade moderation.
• You are responsible for activity from your account.

Games, Invites, And Attendance

• Create and report games accurately, including time, place, sport, capacity, and private-game rules.
• Join only when you genuinely intend to attend, and leave as early as possible if plans change.
• Do not misuse private invite links or share recipient-only invites outside their intended audience.
• Respect organizers, venues, facility rules, and local laws.

Community Rules

• No harassment, threats, hate, intimidation, stalking, or bullying.
• No spam, scams, fraud, misleading listings, or commercial solicitation without permission.
• No sexual, violent, illegal, dangerous, or otherwise objectionable content.
• No uploading photos or content you do not have the right to use.
• No collecting or publishing another person's private information without permission.
• No attempts to bypass permissions, rate limits, check-in rules, moderation, or security controls.

Messaging And User Content

You are responsible for messages, game descriptions, profile photos, reported-game details, and other content you submit. GameOn! may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action when content violates these rules or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.

Real-World Safety

Pickup games involve real people and physical activity. Use judgment before attending, meet in appropriate places, follow venue rules, bring necessary equipment, and leave any situation that feels unsafe. GameOn! does not control venues, organizers, weather, field conditions, or participant conduct.

Reports And Enforcement

You can report games, messages, profiles, and other content in the app where reporting is available. For urgent safety or legal issues, contact local emergency services first, then contact info@gameon.ink. GameOn! may review reports, preserve relevant records, remove content, warn users, restrict accounts, or cooperate with lawful requests.

Reliability Scores

Reliability scores are intended to help organizers understand attendance patterns. Scores may be imperfect and can be affected by check-ins, late leaves, no-shows, opt-out settings, and feature limitations. Do not treat a reliability score as a complete statement about a person.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the app or request deletion at /account-deletion. Deletion is permanent once processed.
